Our Story

Bounce for a Cause is a social enterprise run by Urban Neighbours of Hope in Randwick Park. We believe in being the change we want to see by working alongside locals to build a stronger, more connected neighbourhood.

Our youth crew don’t just run bouncy castles for street parties—they also lead mentoring programmes, try new experiences, and dream big for their futures. But many face a big barrier: no job experience means no job offers.

Bounce for a Cause changes that. We give young people real, paid work experience so they can step confidently into future jobs. Every hire funds more youth programmes and local projects—keeping profits in the neighbourhood where they make the most difference.
